[3.12] Move session cursor icon wrong

I created top level folders to hold my sessions then moved the session into the folders and noticed that the mouse icon changes to the (+) mouse icon meaning it should only copy and not move the item.

I'm not sure how I control that. I'm just using the standard drag/drop functions and the standard Windows List View control. I'll add this to the bug list, but it won't be fixed in the next version.
