H:\>netsh int tcp show global Querying active state... TCP Global Parameters ---------------------------------------------- Receive-Side Scaling State : enabled Chimney Offload State : disabled Receive Window Auto-Tuning Level : disabled Add-On Congestion Control Provider : none ECN Capability : disabled RFC 1323 Timestamps : disabledI set autotuninglevel to disabled again anyway to see if it made a difference, but TeSSH still has the delay problem.
C:\>netsh int tcp show global Querying active state... TCP Global Parameters ---------------------------------------------- Receive-Side Scaling State : disabled Chimney Offload State : disabled Receive Window Auto-Tuning Level : restricted Add-On Congestion Control Provider : none ECN Capability : disabled RFC 1323 Timestamps : disabledSo you can see that both the "Receive-Side Scaling" and "Auto-Tuning" options are set differently. I'm not sure how to change the Scaling State here, but if you know how to do this, can you try making that change on your system to see if the delay goes away on your Vista system? I'd really like to figure out how to reproduce the delay so I can determine why it happens in TeSSH and not PuTTY. So if anybody else can help with this, I'd really appreciate it.
